Sigil of Havoc: Area Damage skills cast by this dragon are stronger by a percentage based on the rarity. Sigil of Defiance: All Negative Effects targeting this dragon are weaker by a percentage based on the rarity. Through Fusion, you'll be able to combine multiple copies of the same Sigil into a single higher-quality version, using up some of your Sigil Trinkets in the process. To collect rarer Sigils, you will need to fuse lower-quality Sigils together. You'll only be able to use dragons with at least one Sigil equipped, so it's best to pick your strongest dragons to take part. There are Sigil Chests available as rewards here, but the focus is on beating the tough battles and reaching the end of the map to claim the reward dragon - which changes on a monthly basis. There will also be a separate Sigil Campaign, a shorter campaign map where you'll face challenging opponents also equipped with Sigils. This will be where the majority of your Sigils will come from, Use three of these keys to open the Tower's Sigil Chest and collect three Common or Uncommon Sigils as well as some Sigil Trinkets. You'll be able to collect Sigils by accessing the Sigil Tower each day for a Sigil Key. School of Shelter: Reduces the amount of direct damage received. School of Power: Each round, a random opponent receives damage equal to its max HP. School of Growth: Boosts the effect of all equipped School of Growth Sigils. Equip five Sigils of the same Sigil School across your fighting team and you'll activate a "Sigil Synergy," which will provide one of three different effects for your team: The different Sigil Schools can also provide an additional boost to your team. Dragons can only equip Sigils of the same or lower rarity, so a Common-quality dragon can only equip Common Sigils, while a Legendary, Divine or Ancient Dragon can equip all five rarity types. Sigils come in one of five rarities- Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary-which affects both the strength of the effect that is applied, as well as the additional HP bonus that is gained when equipping a dragon with a Sigil. There are fifteen Sigils in total across three different categories called "Schools." I'll reveal the details of each Sigil at the end of this post, but the exact numbers I don't want to share yet until I can confirm everything is locked in. The Sigil of Daredevil has a curious effect too, sacrificing the health of the user to provide a damage boost to its attack. The Sigil of Rebirth, for example, will cause the dragon that has it equipped to return to battle after being defeated the first time. Some Sigils increase the damage dealt or decrease the damage received, while others even give your dragons new combat abilities. These Sigils will enhance the strength of your fighting team, as well as enable you to devise interesting new combat strategies by combining different Sigils. The new Sigil system will allow you to collect powerful relics called Sigils and equip your dragons with them. (This is gonna be a long one so I apologise in advance hehe)
